Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery for Africa, Online Payment for America,Europe,Asia,Ocean You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may return phone accessories within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Venluxe error.
